  • Many local and international companies in both the private and public sector use pre-employment tests, as well as tests within their workforce as well, often a psychological test for employment, such as aptitude and personality tests are administered. A psychological test for employment gives the business owner a chance to determine, as the Institute notes, whether the applicant is a good fit for the company. Does he have the right temperament or aptitude? Does he have the endurance or mental attitude to do a competent job for the company? There are various types of psychological assessments to help answer these questions before a company hires a new employee.

• Our pre-employment evaluations and testing are limited to these fields. -First Responders-Body Guards-Security Officers-FAA Evaluations. We do take other fields on case by case. Please contact us if you do not see your service listed. Due to insurance restrictions, all of our pre-employment evaluations are cash price only. A psychologist will conduct an evaluation & go over past medical & mental history, family history & medications, & any other pertinent information. Testing measures will then be administered & a report is generated.

We do not accept insurance for these type of services. Our cash price is $500. Some employers will cover this cost as well please call them beforehand and verify.
