Lauren Henrikson, Ph.D.
Dr. Lauren Henrikson is a licensed clinical psychologist. She received her Ph.D. and master’s degree in clinical psychology from the University of North Dakota. Dr. Henrikson also received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and honors from the University of North Dakota, graduating with summa cum laude honors. She completed her predoctoral internship at Grand Valley State University in Allendale, MI, where she provided counseling, educational services, and psychological testing to college students. Dr. Henrikson has experience working with various populations, specializing in late adolescence to middle adulthood. Her clinical interests include depression, anxiety, trauma, body image concerns, LGBTQ, health psychology, chronic pain, mental health diagnosis, and psychological testing. Her therapeutic orientation is primarily cognitive behavioral (CBT) and person-centered.
